Dr. Norma St Croix has 40 years of education experience spanning from MUN assistant teaching professor, consultant, program specialist, administrator, coach, and teacher. Norma completed her PhD in Education Studies in August 2019 at UNB. Her applied collaborative research with educators used student assessment data and a Response-to-Interventions (RtI) approach to identify and address student literacy learning needs. Norma leads professional development for Confident Learners coaches in several Indigenous schools across Canada.
