LIFT-NL Conference 2022

LIFT-NL (Literacy Innovations for Today) has been an exciting collaboration between teachers, university faculty, supporting community members, local authors, school district personnel and librarians. Together, we promote a lifelong love of literacy and an appreciation of reading and writing education and best practices. We are interested in recognizing the significant contributions and achievements in literacy in Newfoundland and Labrador, while advocating for policies and practices that support the very best for all learners. This year, the focus of LIFT-NL is on teaching and learning in the Kindergarten to Grade Six classroom settings, with broad-ranging workshops addressing all aspects of the literacies domain.
